Due to health & hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange adult products if you change you mind.
If your product is faulty, we will exchange the product for you. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products, however due to our specific product selection we believe you will be very satisfied with your purchase. If you're not please contact us, your feedback is very important to us.
If your product is faulty, we will replace it with an identical product. If we are unable to replace the product, you may select a different product with the same value, alternatively we can refund the purchase amount to you.
