Shipping policy

Postage

Orders will generally be dispatched either the same day or the following business day. Please allow 2 - 7 days for delivery to locations within Australia.

Depending on your location your order will be sent via either Australia Post or by courier (Australia & New Zealand Only).

Please be advised we ship from multiple warehouse locations.
If your order contains multiple items it may arrive in more than one shipment.

Shipping is free for orders over $149. Some larger items are exempt from free shipping. Free postage is Express.

When your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking number(s). Tracking information is sent between 4pm and 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

For quickest delivery possible, we recommend placing your order using a credit card, Zip Pay or Afterpay as your payment is instant. Orders will only be dispatched once we receive your payment. Bank transfer can take 1 to 2 days to appear in our account.

We offer shipping insurance on your purchase. This is provided by Route, an independant party. This is offered at checkout as an option. The cost of insurance is dependant on the amount spent.

Packaging

All items will be packaged discreetly and will not indicate either the product or the supplier (Vibrant Vibes Australia) details other than a return address as required by Australia post.
